The moving team showed up on time (i.e., within the communicated window) and
they brought a positive and friendly attitude throughout the process. The items
were moved completely and without damage. I would have appreciated a bit more
communication on the assembly of some of the larger items--i.e., the bed and
couch were assembled and positioned in such a way that required my solo
intervention after the fact. That said, I was pleased overall with the process
and with the team's work ethic. The biggest disappointment was the total
billing, which was over 1.5x the original estimate. Clearly moving rates have
shot up across Denver over the past few years, but I was still left shaken by
how much a two-bedroom apartment move within the same city ended up costing.

I just moved with Legacy Moving and the process was seamless.
I had Mario and Matt as my movers and they were super efficient and really
pleasant to be around for the few hours it took. They moved quick and didn't
mind that most of my unit was not carefully packed. They took care of my items
and nothing was scratched or broken.
They quoted me 3 hours on the phone and it took exactly that amount of time.
I'm very satisfied and would definitely hire them again for my next move. These

Austin from Legacy Moving was a tremendous help when I was looking for quality
customer service, affordable pricing, and peace of mind knowing that my move was
going to be handled professionally. I also liked that I was able to inventory my
items and get an exact quote based upon the actual space for the items I was
going to use as well as the amount of movers and time I requested.
I shopped around and I found that Austin was much more responsive than other
company reps. I also like the fact that they are able to give estimates and I
can review the quote and contract online.
Some companies are afraid to use technology and want to do everything over the
phone. But I'm busy and can't answer the phone all the time, so I appreciate the
fact that I can slide into my Gmail and review everything online.
I would definitely highly recommend this company and shout out to Austin for his
excellent customer service!

was pleased with their competitive pricing and structure. Scheduling was a
breeze! Although I was cutting it close with my move (within 2 weeks), I was
fortunate to schedule for exactly when I was hoping. Although I was called a day
prior to move my morning slot to an afternoon slot - and it was a hot one -
James and Ian showed up on time. I had most things packed and ready but they
helped secure a couple items that needed reinforcement tape or plastic wrap.

Wow! The legacy moving team was absolutely fantastic! We chose them because

This is the second time that we have used Legacy Moving and once again we got
stellar service. The team was on time and when they needed more help the main
office sent more people. We have very heavy fine antiques and this company moved
it all to central Missouri without even a scratch. They unloaded the furniture
at my Missouri home, which was built in 1847 and they didn't even scratch the
wooden floors despite putting in the very heavy antiques in the home. There were

Update: Charles from Legacy corrected the issue below with being charged for the
lunch hour. I appreciate him reaching out and fixing the problem. He was
courteous and understanding and because of his customer service I have increased
my rating to 4 stars. David and Adam moved my apartment and my girlfriend's
apartment into a condo. I understand that it was a lot to load and unload as it
was two, one-bedroom homes' worth. The loading was reasonable, about 1 1/2 hours
for each apartment. When I started to feel frustrated was when they took 1 hour
for a lunch break when I was told it was only going to be 20 minutes. I get it,
they just loaded two homes, taking an hour is fine, but tell me. The issue then
got worse when they charged me for that hour. Ya'll, you weren't working, you
shouldn't charge me. Unloading took almost four hours as well, which doesn't
seem reasonable to me. They were nice gentleman, I have nothing against them
personally. Maybe a third person would have been what we needed and I wish
Legacy Moving had encouraged us to do that. My girlfriend has reached out to ask
about a refund for that hour they charged us and it's not clear (even though
it's been a week and a half since the move) if we will be refunded or not. I
can't say I'd recommend this moving company, I had a better experience using
Dolly in my move a year ago.

Legacy Moving did a great job from start to finish. The CEO Andrew was very
helpful in terms of getting our move schedule and rearranged due to the St.
Patty's Day parade downtown. Our movers, Ian and Austin worked fast despite a
large move with a lot of heavy furniture. We had two different moving locations
and they did an awesome job with the entire moving process. We have had
experiences in the past where movers take "extra" time in between locations
which rack up additional costs due to them having to spend more time. This was
not the case with Legacy and they were on top of things all afternoon from start
to finish. We had A LOT of items to move and they stayed with us until almost
9pm at night in order to finish the job. Overall it was a great experience and I
would most definitely reccomend.

Larry & Q were the gentleman assigned to assist us in moving from Denver to
Colorado Springs . They were professional, on time, worked quickly &
efficiently. We had issues with the elevator but they were able to get eveything
ready to go once the elevator was ready for use. They had blankets for the TVs,
mattress covers, plastic wrap to wrap up the drawers to avoid anything falling

I had a pretty unique situation - picking up a grandfather clock from an auction
at a specific time window and delivering it, and all with just about 2-days
notice. Luckily, a couple of moving companies were fast to respond on Yelp, and
although Legacy Moving Denver wasn't the lowest estimate, they gave me the most
confidence in being able to pickup the clock at the time window I was given, be
able to deal with the auction pickup process, and most importantly being able to
transport the clock safely (and the cost was still really fair). I got very
lucky to have had this assigned to their A+ Team, Q and Javi. I pretty much
expected the moving company to maybe place blankets in the clock to keep the
weights from hitting the glass and keep it upright to transport; but Q and Javi
went above and beyond!! They seem to have had experience in moving these clocks,
and removed the weights, labeled them, removed the pendulum, and did everything
right. Super grateful that they safely transported the clock, re-assembled it,
were respectful of both properties, and simply put - were the most epic movers
I've dealt with. Will definitely keep Legacy Moving Denver in my contacts list
for future moves/projects, and will most definitely ask for Q and Javi. Thank

This team helped move my "legacy" from point A,B, & C to D- my final
"destination" recently and did a phenomenal job! The team was hands down amazing
and super quick to get me scheduled in with 3 days notice. The guys who helped
me went above and beyond to ensure I had all questions answered before and
during the move to help alleviate the moving stress that was wearing in my face.
Reasons you should hire them: 1. Price - I requested a quote through Yelp and
they got back to me in less than 30 minutes. After taking on the phone they
provided the quote via email and made sure they had availability for the date
and time I needed. 2. Unlimited trip stops included - I had my personal items at
two different houses and a storage unit and they didn't charge from location to
location. It was included with the hourly cost. 3. Experienced - this is all
these guys do. Move people so they have seen it all. They carefully load and

Austin and Joaquin were really great! I was their second move of the day but
they got to me right at the beginning of the arrival window and were hustling
and really helpful and friendly the entire time! They were really communicative
asking questions about how and where I wanted things, while problem solving -
always moving never wasting a second. I had WAY more stuff than I realized or
discussed on the phone when booking but they never made it feel like any sort of
hassle or burden. Especially with daylight savings hitting and having to unload
in the dark by the end of it - I hadn't had a chance to install lighting outside
yet but they were troopers handling it without issue. This is my 8th move in the
last 7 years and they were the best two-man team I've had. I'll definitely use
Legacy Moving and request Austin and Joaquin when I undoubtedly move again. Also
I booked this move super last minute after getting a Yelp quote - the guys in
the office were really quick and responsive - provided rates immediately and
then did great job following-up the next day when I didn't get back to them and

I recently relocated my apparel business, and chose Legacy Moving to handle the
task. After speaking with (and getting quotes from) several other movers, it was
the the price and professionalism (and thoroughness of Crystian who I spoke with
over the phone) of Legacy Moving that won me over. The business has been around
for 35+ years, so there was a lot of random stuff, boxes, six large sewing
machines, hundreds of bolts of fabric, and one very large (16' x 6') cutting
table that I wasn't sure was going to be able to be moved. Mario, David and Matt
showed up with the right equipment and the right attitude. They moved everything
quickly and efficiently, stopped to ask questions and moved with a sense of
urgency. They even managed to move that large cutting table without a single
hiccup. They came in exactly at the time I was quoted, and as we've unpacked
this week, we haven't noticed any damage to any of our stuff, which is a first

I am embarrassed how long it took me to write this review, but I have to get it
out! Our move took place in February as we were getting ready to transition our
life from Denver to London. Let's just say, we grossly underestimated how long
it would take to pack and clean up our home. Not only that, we were trying to
link on another move to give my friend some of our furniture. Did I mention it
was freezing and snowing as well? I want to say, if it wasn't for Andrew and the
Legacy Moving team, we might have lost our damn minds. There was a delay on the
start time, but they were quick to communicate with us so we can coordinate.
Holy moly, were they fast and efficient. They took care of our things, wrapping
it where it was needed, and goodness, they were just the absolute nicest, salt
of the earth type people. Guys, be honest about how much you have to move and if
you have stairs, etc. because if you are, they are spot on with the pricing
estimate. Supposedly the woman before our move failed to mention she was on the
third floor and was not fully packed so her move took forever and cost a
premium. I think they are reasonably priced for the quality of work. There's
more. Even though we tried our best to be organized, the next morning we
realized that we had several more boxes (we packed through the night) and it
would have taken us a solid half day at least to move it on our own to the
storage unit. I called Andrew in a frantic to see if they could bail us out and
they sure did. He normally works in the office, but came out to help us move
along with another one other. I could cry. Luckily our storage unit had a truck
so we went to get that, but they took care of the rest. Got our SECOND move done
in less than two hours. They also helped us take out the huge pile of trash to
the dumpster as well. We were stressed out of our minds, but they helped to
alleviate that anyway they could. There aren't enough words to describe how
amazing this company is. Don't hesitate, book your next move with them. You will
not regret it.

already, I decided it's not something I care to do anymore. The gentlemen that
came and helped me with my move were fantastic. The care they took wrapping, and
padding each of my items was more than I had ever done, and you can tell,
because there were no new bumps/dings on any of my furniture (which my Dad
appreciates because he made most of it for me). They had to go up/down stairs at
each residence, and although I could tell it was a workout, they never
