COURSE, PAYMENT, AND CHARGEBACK POLICIES

GITT reserves the right to change or cancel any scheduled course at any time
without notice. Please be certain to request, receive, and understand the
written policies that are in force for the product you are interested in prior

GITT does not tolerate credit card fraud, and all fraud, without exception, will
be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue
civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including
business, legal fees, research costs, employee downtime and loss of revenues.
GITT considers credit card charge backs to be fraud if you have made no
reasonable effort to work with us to resolve any problems. If you choose to do
business with GITT, file a chargeback with your credit card company, and do not
win the charge back argument, you agree to reimburse us or any representative we
may appoint for any legal expenses your actions may make us incur. Since
fraudulent purchases and chargebacks go hand-in-hand with malware and phishing,
GITT will immediately terminate all services and products related to the
chargeback to protect you and the public from harm.

All payments are due prior to services or products being released. All direct
payment transactions and invoice payment transactions are subject to a 3%
administrative fee.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
