Shipping costs and delivery conditions

Delivery National

For delivery within the UK we charge a flat rate of GBP 3.95 including VAT per
order and delivery address.

Place of delivery, conditions for delivery, reserve clause in case of
impossibility of delivery

 1. Delivery takes place exclusively to the UK.
 2. The delivery time - unless otherwise indicated in the offer - is between 8
    and 12 working days.
 3. If not all products ordered are in stock, we are entitled to make partial
    deliveries at our own expense, insofar as this is acceptable to the
    customer.
 4. If we are unable to deliver the goods after three attempts, we may withdraw
    from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded to the customer
    immediately.
 5. If the product ordered is not available because it is not supplied to us by
    our suppliers, and therefore not because of us, we may withdraw from the
    contract. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately and, if
    necessary, will be offered delivery of a similar product. If a similar
    product is not available or if the customer does not wish to receive a
    similar product, we will immediately refund the amount already paid.

Reservation of title:

The goods remain the property of MAPA GmbH until full payment has been made.
