After the first track, Signs Of Gold, describe how releasing this album feels like "angels floating down, lifting you up to taste the living teacup," Glitch In Time and What's Up introduce us to Adam and his philosophy of life. Then A Boy, A Dragon takes us back to when Adam realized he was "on the vertigo road," and Creation imagines the first time he decided to write a song. The trio of Flood, Dazed, and Take Two tell the tale of despair and gaining a new perspective. Black Flag stands alone as an epic story, or a dream sequence, of pirates at war and what happens "when the world comes crashing down". The next trio of Crazy Cat, Dance, and Unbirthday reflect on trying to overcome anxiety, before the love song River wonders "what it would be like." Finally, Back On The Run and This Is It conclude and recap the album, pronouncing that "we don't have to worry anymore". The album reflects on a rocky past while giving hope that there's more to come from Adam Dejka.
