HOW TO COLLECT YOUR SAMPLE


1) Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2) Take out the swab and gently insert the cotton tip into the vaginal canal (
~3-4 inches ) and rotate for 10-15 seconds.
3) Place the swab into the transport medium tube ( tip down ).
4) Hold the tube away from your face and break off the wand at the perforated
line.
5) Leave the swab in the tube and be careful not to spill the liquid inside.
Tightly seal the cap.
6) Put the tube and absorbent pad in the biohazard bag. Then place the biohazard
bag back into the test kit box and seal it.
7) Place the box into the shipping bag provided, attach the return label and
send the test back to us as soon as possible ( be sure to not send your sample
on a Friday or the weekend ).
