NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN

 1.  ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents, residing in Arizona, Colorado,
     Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington, who are students at participating
     colleges or universities [“Participating School(s)”, as noted in the chart
     below], 18 years of age and older at time of Game Play (“Entrant”). All
     applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void
     outside Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, Washington and where
     prohibited. Employees of Swire Coca-Cola, USA (“Sponsor”), The Coca-Cola
     Company, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), their respective
     parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and
     advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively “Promotion
     Entities”) and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children,
     and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each, are not
     eligible to participate or win.

 2.  GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Coke Zero Dorm Cooler Instant Win Game (the
     “Giveaway”) begins at 9:00 am Mountain Time (“MT”) on March 1, 2022 and
     ends at 11:59 pm. MT on April 4, 2022 (“Giveaway Period”).
     
     
 3.  HOW TO PLAY: During the Giveaway Period, visit
     cokecollegiaterewards.dja.com/cokezerocooler (“Website”) and follow the
     instructions to complete and submit the registration form. Once the
     registration form is submitted, you will be able to play the virtual
     scratch off game. Scratch the area where indicated (“Game Play”) to see if
     you have won. If you have won, you will be required to provide your mailing
     address for prize fulfillment purposes. All on-screen wins are subject to
     verification. All Game Plays become the property of Sponsor. Receipt of
     online Game Plays may be acknowledged, but such acknowledgment does not
     constitute any representation as to eligibility. Limit one (1) Game Play
     per person per day. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the
     stated number of Game Plays by using multiple/different email addresses,
     identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that
     Entrant’s Game Plays and that Entrant may be disqualified from the
     Giveaway. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar
     registration/Game Play methods or agents (including, but not limited to,
     Giveaway Game Play services) will void all Game Plays by that Entrant. In
     the event of a dispute as to any Game Play, the authorized account holder
     of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The
     "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address
     by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other
     organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain
     associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to
     show proof of being the authorized account holders.
     
     
 4.  VERIFICATION/WINNER NOTIFICATION: All winners are subject to confirmation,
     verification of eligibility by Administrator and compliance with these
     Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All material submitted becomes
     the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an
     error of any kind, more winning names are determined as instant winners, or
     more instant win prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, the
     intended instant win prize(s) will be awarded in a random drawing from
     among all verified instant win prize claims received. In no event will the
     Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. The
     Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage
     to participants’ or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting
     from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the
     Giveaway. No responsibility or liability is assumed for damages, losses or
     injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize. Prizes will be
     fulfilled approximately 6-8 weeks after the conclusion of the Giveaway to
     the address submitted on the Website. Return of any prize as undeliverable
     will result in disqualification and prize will be forfeited.
     
     
 5.  PRIZES: Nine (9) Prizes: A Coke Zero Dorm Cooler. The Approximate Retail
     Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $318. Approximate odds of winning are 1 in
     100. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
     
     Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded; no
     substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except by the Sponsor who
     reserves the right in their sole discretion to award prize of equal or
     greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Winner may not request
     cash or a substitute prize. Taxes (if applicable) related to the prize are
     the responsibility of the winners. Limit of one (1) prize per person.
     
     
 6.  TRANSFER OF RIGHTS/PUBLICITY: Participation in the Giveaway and accepting a
     prize constitutes Entrants’ consent for Sponsor and its designees to use
     Entrant’s name, likeness (if applicable), prize information, Participating
     School name, city and state of residence for advertising and promotional
     purposes in any and all media throughout the Universe in perpetuity without
     additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
     
     
 7.  GENERAL RULES: By participating in the Giveaway, Entrant fully and
     unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the
     decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and
     binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Any normal Internet/phone
     access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/phone service
     will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not
     responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used
     for Game Play. Game Plays become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and
     will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants associated with potential
     winning Game Plays may be required to show proof of being the authorized
     account holder of the email address assigned by an Internet access
     provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other
     organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain
     associated with the submitted address. Game Plays specifying an invalid,
     non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information
     regarding Game Plays, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official
     Rules or on the Website, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for
     lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection;
     miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions;
     technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late,
     lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Game Plays; or other error of any
     kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. CAUTION: Any attempt to
     deliberately damage any web site/device, or undermine the legitimate
     operations of the Giveaway, is a violation of the criminal and civil laws.
     Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek
     damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law
     and to disqualify such Entrant from the Giveaway. In the event the Giveaway
     is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not
     limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of
     widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or
     any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that
     corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play
     of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to
     suspend or terminate the Giveaway and award the Instant win prizes claimed
     prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late,
     misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Game Plays. Proof of submission is
     not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participating in this Giveaway,
     Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the
     Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to
     disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Game
     Play process or the operation of the Giveaway or website; violates the
     Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with
     intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by
     any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the
     Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an
     attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such
     person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce
     any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that
     provision. By participation in the Giveaway, Entrants and Prize winners
     release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities and their respective
     affiliates, subsidiaries, members, officers, directors, employees, agents
     and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any
     and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries,
     damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in
     connection with submitting a Game Play or otherwise participating in any
     aspect of the Giveaway, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded,
     or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity or any
     typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or
     offering of any prize.
     
     
 8.  DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that: (a) he/she releases and will defend,
     indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and all any and all
     claims; (b) claims arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or any
     prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of
     class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court
     located in Utah, Salt Lake and Utah Counties; (c) Entrant submits to sole
     and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Utah for
     any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to
     such jurisdiction; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be
     limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated
     with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under
     no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant
     hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential
     damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket
     expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise
     increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF
     LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT
     APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction,
     validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the
     rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Parties in connection
     with this Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with,
     the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law
     or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Utah, the
     United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the
     application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Utah.
     
     
 9.  PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this
     Giveaway may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in
     administration of the Giveaway in accordance with the Sponsor’s online
     Privacy Policy posted at https://www.swirecc.com/Privacy-Policy. The
     Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her
     personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Giveaway.
     
     
 10. WINNERS LIST: For a list of winners, available after May 2, 2022, send an
