This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned
with how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used online.
PII is information that can be used on its own or with other information to
identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in
context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding
of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable
Information in accordance with our website.

The administrator of your personal data is Parkalot.io with registered office in

For the purposes of better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has
been replaced with the term “You” and “Administrator” with the term “We”.


WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM THE PEOPLE THAT USE PARKALOT
APPLICATION?

When you use the Parkalot application (https://app.parkalot.io), we
automatically collect certain information about your device, including
information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the
cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, we collect the
information about the individual application screens that you view, and
information about how you interact with the Application.

We also process information that you, or your administrator inputs to the
application.


WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION?

Information is processed in order to provide service – online car park booking
platform.

 * Email address in used as your login.
 * Email address (or secondary email address) is used to deliver notifications,
   inform about changes.
 * Password is used for authentication.
 * Username (such as the email or name and surname, employee ID) is used by
   administrators or other users (depending on the parking admin’s decision) to
   identify individuals in the system.
 * Occasionally (depending on the parking admin’s decision) registration plates,
   or permit ID are used by admin team to identify parking violations, or
   integrate with access control systems.
 * Occasionally (applies to administrators) billing and transactional
   information are used to process Parkalot.io purchase.


DATA PROCESSORS

We share your Personal Information with following third parties, for reasons
provided:

 * Google LLC as hosting, analytics, cloud platform provider.
 * Mixpanel LLC as analytics, crash reporting platform provider.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally
Identifiable Information. This does not include website hosting partners and
other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business,
or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information
confidential. We may also release information to authorities to comply with the
law.


INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

By using the application you allow data transfer to data centers of Google LLC,
Mixpanel LLC located in the United States of America. 

International data transfers are performed with Standard Contractual Clauses in
place, or alternative frameworks that provide adequate level of protection
according to the European Commision.


HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

Parkalot shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to
ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk (as specified in the Article
32 of the GDPR) to protect the Personal Data (i) from accidental or unlawful
destruction and (ii) loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to
the Data (Security Incident).

Parkalot shall periodically monitor it’s internal processes and technical and
organisational measures to ensure that processing within its area of
responsibility is in accordance with the requirements of applicable data
protection law and the protection of the rights of Data Subjects.


YOUR RIGHTS

 * If you are a European resident, you always have the right to access
   your personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal
   information be corrected, updated, transferred or deleted. If you would like
   to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information
   below.
 * You can always make a complaint about our actions to the President of the
   Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
 * You have the right to access, modify, delete or limit processing you Personal
   Data at any moment.
 *  You can always and at all times withdraw your consent.
 *  Providing your data is voluntary.
