How Heavy is the Quantum X?

The Quantum X weighs 15 pounds dry, 17 pounds with water. However, you only feel
about 3-4 pounds in tahe handle as you push and pull the vacuum. It does not

different. This is a feature available on every Quantum X in any color.

Can I see the Quantum X in Store?

We currently are not available in any distributor or retail locations as that
would drive the cost of the vacuum through the roof! We are looking to become
available in retail stores like Walmart or Costco, but the price will likely be

Can the Quantum X get Underneath Furniture?

The Quantum X is designed to be able to get under 4″ of clearance, and can
extend a total of 4 feet with our patented 18" extension feature built into the
machine! While extended, the Quantum X will also rotate fully sideways to the
skinniest width. This allows you to clean under almost any furniture without
having to move it all out of the way!

What Colors does the Quantum X come in?

The Quantum X is currently available in Cobalt Blue, Rose Gold, Phantom Gray,
and Viper Red. We chose these colors because customer analysis showed they were

What is Water Filtration?

Water Filtration is the use of water to filter out dirt and debris from the
intake of the vacuum. Simply put, the dirt and dust are sucked up with
conventional air suction, but instead of a dry filter or bag, everything is
forced into the water. The water captures the pollutants by soaking them and
weighing them down which prevents them from being released back into the air.
Water cannot clog, so neither airflow nor suction is EVER reduced when using the
Quantum X. This is because the Quantum X ONLY uses water as a filter, where
other vacuums use HEPA, micron, and traditional filters that clog and become
riddled with germs!

Why is Water Filtration Better?

Using water as a filtration system removes up to 99% of pollutants and all you
need to do is fill the canister with water. With time, traditional filters clog
up and become increasingly less efficient. Traditional vacuums capture all the
dirt, bacteria, allergens, and viruses and store them in the filter which then
becomes breeding grounds germs. Water washing the air is what mother nature does
and it works well. Think of all the money you will save because you don’t need
to buy bags or replacement filters.

Can Quantum X help with Allergies?

Quantum X can help people with allergies and asthma because it can eliminate
dirt, debris, allergens and bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens that may be
lingering in the home. Conventional vacuums will send may allergens right back
into the air, but not when it comes to a water filtration system like Quantum X.
Water does an excellent job at filtering out virtually anything out of the air,
leading to greatly increased air quality when compared to a regular vacuum. It
can remove household odors and you can add fragrant oils too.

What Do I Do With the Dirty Water?

Where was all that dirt hiding? Chances are the Quantum X did its job and your
water container is pretty dirty. To get rid of the dirty water after you're done
vacuuming, you can simply pour it outside. If you'd rather not just pour it
outside, you can use a colander or cheese cloth to remove the solid materials
and pour the water down the toilet drain.

Does It Get my Carpet Wet?

No, the water stays in the container. Quantum X just uses water as a filter! All
you have to do is fill the water container up with water, insert it back into
the Quantum X and when you vacuum, all the dirt from your carpet and floors is
sucked up by the machine and trapped in the water. Then simply pour the water
out and you have a brand new filter every time you vacuum.

What happens if the Quantum X gets Knocked Over?

Quantum X has water separator technology that will only allow air to exhaust
while the unit is ON. The water basin itself is locked into place, and the motor
is water-sealed. If the Quantum X is OFF and water leaks, disconnect everything
and dry it off as best you can, then leave it to air dry for at least 24 hours
before turning it back on.

What are the Pro Accessories?

The Pro Accessories are an attachment bundle that includes the Dusting Brush,
Crevice Tool, and Upholstery Brush. It normally sells for $50, but is currently
free with every Quantum X purchase!

What is the Quantum X Deluxe Kit?

This package includes: - A Mini Powerhead Pet Hair Remover, basically a little
handheld vacuum with a rotating beater bar. - A Squeegee Tool which can be used
to clean any window, mirror, or countertop. Also great for liquid spills on hard
flooring. - A Flat Surface Brush Attachment that can clean any flat surface
including your walls, or your indoor/outdoor tables.

Is there a Quantum Canister Model?

We do not have any canister style vacuums available currently, but our Quantum X
Upright is the only upright in the world that acts just like a canister vacuum!
It has a wet/dry hose that attaches to the back, plus extension wands and
additional attachments to assist in cleaning every corner of your home! We will
be releasing a canister style vacuum in the near future. If you'd like to be

Where do I get the Cord Rewind Tool?

The Cord Rewind is a product we are still developing that will allow you to plug
your vacuum in, use it across a huge area, and simply rewind the cord back into
the machine when you're done! Once it is released, we'll be making announcements
across Social Media platforms as well as sending email blasts to our current
customers. If you'd like to be notified when it's available, simply reach out

What Filters are in the Quantum X?

The Quantum X has NO traditional, paper, nor HEPA filters in it. The only filter
is the water, which means there's no additional maintenance or replacements ever
required. Simply pour out the water each time, and you have a fresh and clean
filter ready to go. By not having traditional filters, there's nothing to gunk
up and clog the airflow of the vacuum, meaning it'll continue to work like new
every time you use it!

What Maintenance does the Quantum X need?

There's very little maintenance the Quantum X requires. Of course, you'll need
to pour out the water after each use and clean out the basin. As well, just like
almost every other vacuum, you'll need to snip longer hairs out of the roller
brush once in a while. The thing that most people are not familiar with is our
air water separator. It's a very easy item to locate and clean, and we include
detailed instructions in the owner's manual. You can always call or chat in to
get assistance in performing this step too!
