Testers Keepers is part of MyOffers 2019 Ltd and by registering online with us
you are electing to be contacted by us via phone or email as outlined in our
Privacy Policy. You can always unsubscribe from our newsletter and other emails
at any time by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link when you receive an email
or newsletter from us or update your preferences using the MyAccount section on
our website You can also enter by post without registering with MyOffers.co.uk
if you would rather. Please find details on our prize draw rules where you can
download an entry form.

Where you complete our surveys online you agree to answer survey questions
accurately and honestly providing correct contact information, failure to do so
will mean that we may be unable to select you as a Product Tester.

2. Eligibility to participate
Only persons aged 18 and older and residing in the UK may participate in the
selection process.

A correct & valid email address will be required to enable us to contact you
with appropriate offers and to inform you if you have been selected to become a
product tester.

Employees and family members of employees, agents, affiliates, officers or
directors of MyOffers 2019 Ltd or of any advertiser, promotion agency,
fulfilment agency or agent of MyOffers 2019 Ltd, or of anyone else
professionally connected with any Competition promoted by MyOffers 2019 Ltd are
not eligible to participate.

Proof that you are eligible to participate may be required if you are selected
as a Product Tester. If you fail to provide all required information you may be
disqualified.

You may not enter using multiple email addresses or as multiple participants.
The use of electronic or other automated methods to increase the number of
applications will not be permitted and you will be disqualified from the section
process.

SELECTION OF PRODUCT TESTERS
A number of product testers will be selected each month dependent on the
campaign requirements.

The selection shall be at our discretion on either a random selection basis or
on an individual's criteria determined by: (age, occupation, geographical
location etc.) This is dictated by the requirements or information required in
regards to a product or service.

The requirements of each product testing campaign will be communicated to the
product testers that are selected.The standard review requirement is a written
review and photos of the reviewer with the product.

Testers selected will be notified via text or email - Those selected must
confirm their acceptance including confirmation of their address and personal
details within 7 days of notification. Unclaimed product testing opportunities
will be reallocated to another registrant if not claimed within seven days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT TESTERS
All products are provided by Testers Keepers unless an alternative provider is
stated.

Entries are made by completing all surveys.

Entries must be submitted within the advertised time limits.

Testers Keepers reserves the right to reject any entry on reasonable grounds.

The product tester of each product shall be selected as above. There is no
minimum or maximum number of entrant's for any product / prize draw.

There is no right to cash or other alternative to the stated product. However,
Testers Keepers reserves the right to offer a similar product, or a product of
equal or greater value, if the stated product is unavailable.

administering the selection of testers and for marketing and sending offers and
other information. Where you have applied online Testers Keepers may also pass
entrants’ details to selected third parties to use for the same purposes.

Brief details of winners will be included on the 'Winners page' of the
MyOffers.co.uk web site, following receipt of confirmation. Winners of prizes
will be asked to provide a recent photograph in order to claim their prize and
may be required to take part in further promotional activities.
