     BEAUTIFUL BUT AC NEEDS TO BE CLEANED
     
     Very beautiful and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly. My only concern
     was that the room was hot. We put it to the lowest setting and the
     temperature did not change. My husband looked at the AC vent and filter and
     it needed to be wiped down and the filter needed to be changed as you can
     see the thickness of the dust on the filter.

     DISAPPOINTING STAY
     
     Titanium Elite Member who used room upgrade certificates earned to upgrade
     to a suite so I could bring my family on the business trip. The room we
     were upgraded to had dirty carpet, the A/C did not work, and construction
     was going on above the room all day, leaving my family in uncomfortable
     conditions while I was away at the office.

     RUDE STAFF AND NON WORKING AC
     
     The AC in my room did not work. When I called the front desk to report the
     issue, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. When they finally answered, I was
     told that engineering would come up to take a look. However, engineering
     never showed up, so I went down to the front desk to inquire. The front
     desk personnel were very rude and reluctant to move me to another room.
     
     They eventually moved me to another room, but it had the same issue. I went
     back down and was again met with a bad attitude. I asked if I could be
     moved to another hotel, and the front desk lady just gave me a receipt and
     told me I was refunded. I was then forced to find lodging at 10:30 PM. This
     was unacceptable. I was so upset that I even called Marriott customer
     service to complain, and I am still waiting to hear back.

     Hotel could use some updates to the finishes. Gym was dated, cables on
     machine not working. Check-in experience as a Gold member fell flat. Wasn’t
     even acknowledged like I have as a standard at other Marriott stays. No
     Gold benefits mentioned. No points bonus. No room upgrade. Room took

     Was embarrassed .booked on my marriot account, was overcharge,no breakfast
     included. Clearly no benefits for being a loyal marriot member.My credit

     This was my second time attending an event in this hotel but my first time
     of staying there. I expected my refrigerator to function properly after it
     was replaced but the second one too wasn’t working. So for that I give it a
     3 Stars

     BEST HOTEL STAY I HAVE HAD IN YEARS!
     
     I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel. The staff were so
     welcoming, friendly, and prompt with any request. I also appreciated that
     parking was free, the room was extremely clean, the bed was very
     comfortable, and that the hotel enforces hallway quiet hours. The location
     is close to downtown but in a very quiet neighborhood. I have already
     recommended this hotel to my friends and family.
