JESS · 9 hours ago BEAUTIFUL BUT AC NEEDS TO BE CLEANED Very beautiful and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly. My only concern was that the room was hot. We put it to the lowest setting and the temperature did not change. STEVEN · 3 days ago RUDE STAFF AND NON WORKING AC The AC in my room did not work. When I called the front desk to report the issue, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. When they finally answered, I was told that engineering would come up to take a look. However, engineering never showed up, so I went down to the front desk to inquire. The front desk personnel were very rude and reluctant to move me to another room. They eventually moved me to another room, but it had the same issue. I went back down and was again met with a bad attitude. I asked if I could be moved to another hotel, and the front desk lady just gave me a receipt and told me I was refunded. I was then forced to find lodging at 10:30 PM. This was unacceptable. Wasn’t even acknowledged like I have as a standard at other Marriott stays. No Gold benefits mentioned. No points bonus. No room upgrade. KRISTX · 12 days ago BEST HOTEL STAY I HAVE HAD IN YEARS! I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel. The staff were so welcoming, friendly, and prompt with any request. I also appreciated that parking was free, the room was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, and that the hotel enforces hallway quiet hours. The location is close to downtown but in a very quiet neighborhood.
