[Product Track] Introducing MLflow Saved Models

We know sometimes there are nuanced feature transformations, algorithms or
frameworks that data scientists are building to customize in ways that stretch
far beyond the imagination of what can be achieved out-of-the-box with Visual
ML. However with greater flexibility, came greater responsibility to manage
model versioning, validation and deployment of these models coded in scripts,
notebooks and IDEs.

With Dataiku 10, we are pleased to announce the recognition of models stored in
the MLflow Model format, as Saved Models in Dataiku, for seamless versioning,
scoring, deployment, governance and more...

[Business Track] HR Department Operationalizes Manager-Performance Forecasts
with MLOps

Good management can be critical to organizational success, but it can be
challenging for human resources (HR) departments to identify clear actions to
improve manager performance.  Using Dataiku and phData, the HR team at a major
medical-device company was able to ingest data from six different HR systems to
create a predictive forecast for manager performance.  Analyzing and
interpreting those results enabled the HR department to identify actionable
insights for performance improvements.

This ML solution – expected to save upwards of $1.8M by reducing workforce churn
– was operationalized with ease using MLOps automation features in Dataiku.

[Product Track] Observability - Moving Beyond Model Monitoring

Monitoring for AI projects requires the ability to observe all systems that run
and allow the model to deliver results. These systems include data pipelines,
models, and underlying infrastructure which must all function within parameters
for success. Observability is a new concept for AI that includes all these areas
to give MLOps teams a complete picture of project performance and the tools they
need to diagnose issues and get projects back up and running.

Governing and Securing Data for Scaling AI

At the core of governing AI is data governance. To safely scale AI, every aspect
of the data that is used to build AI applications and the data pipelines that
power AI in production should be governed by policies around access, controls,
lineage, and audibility. Data governance is part of the overall enterprise
governance stack that enables enterprises to confidently scale AI and innovation
while effectively managing risk.
