GREETINGS!



My name is Melissa Croy and I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social
Worker (LCSW) certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).



I have extensive training and experience working with active duty military,
veterans, performing artists, LGBQTIA+, and minority populations. My clinical
focus includes those living with ADHD/ADD, survivors of childhood/adult trauma
and abuse (particularly survivors of abuse from those with Narcissistic
Personality Disorder/high-conflict personalities), creative/performing artists,
active duty military, and veterans. 

 

I utilize an eclectic, holistic, integrated approach in my practice and I
primarily draw from Trauma-Informed, Strengths-Based, Solution-Focused,
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (certified). My
approach is largely informed by the systemic forces which shape our world and

I serve adults challenged with anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress,
trauma, interpersonal conflict, intimacy, grief, and loss, and challenges with
focus, concentration, low motivation, and executive functioning. I staunchly
believe clients are the experts on their own experiences and I look forward to
joining you on your healing path at a pace that is comfortable to you.
Prioritizing your goals and pace for therapy are of the utmost importance to me.
