$IOVA OK, just got done with a long conversation with a lifelong friend who is
an oncology sales manager at one of the top BP's as well as one of the smartest
people I know..She helped me evaluate the management at IOVA (she says is
absolutely stellar BTW) before taking a position here. We discussed yesterday's
approval, the label and the potential. She said that IOVA will most likely be
purchased by BP in aprox 6 - 9 months...Price dependent upon what happens with
lung between now and then as well as how the rollout is received and
executed..Just thought I would share this tidbit..

$IOVA Bio investing is hard. I am super proud to have bought this a while ago in
the 8s, 7s, and ridden it down to 3s, realized that was nothing IOVA specific
without getting blinded/married to a stock, doubled down, and waited patiently.
It has taken me a few years to get used to wild swings, sudden drops, and not
reacting emotionally. I am understanding in a very palpable manner the ways of
@Sandeman52 and others who preach find a winner, hold it, and sit on your hands.
That is the only way to beat the shenanigans coming your way. Blessings to you
all and your families, it's cool to make money off of something you feel good
about. There a few other bios like this I won't tag here but hope to duplicate
this many times in my life. Congrats longs. May tuesday squeeze us up epically.

$IOVA I’m not sure why there isn’t more excitement on this board or the net? I’m
as old as dirt. same trade account since 1998. played probably 1000’s of bio’s
over the years, yet nothing better than this…maybe developing cologuard back in
the day. 🤣 was watching money pig trading. he seems to see market cap my
way👇🏻5bill mcap now is $18ish. treating people will ramp that up to
his👇🏻Numbers. This guy states there’s 26% short? I thought it was 19%🤔 that’s
going to hurt shorts next week, especially when no one wants to sell their
position out. 🥳🥳🥳

$IOVA know what you hold.... The FDA did not just approve another drug for
treating skin cancer, they approved a new way to treat cancer altogether. Tumor
infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) is even better than antibody drug conjugates
(ADCs). Think of the possibilities treating all other forms of solid tumor
cancer types. This treatment could make chemo obsolete. This is not a $10b
market cap company. It's likely closer to $50b and Big Pharma knows this. That
puts the share price at $196 per share. Expect a buyout soon at a mind-blowing
valuation.

$IOVA Checked other players in the field - all falling far behind IOVA: Obsidian
Therapeutics - Phase 1 (cytoTIL15 for melanoma) Instil Bio - Phase 1 (ITIL-306
for NSCLC, Ovarian, RCC) And a bunch of Chinese TIL-focused biotechs all in
Phase 1 or Phase1/2. I missed the CAR-T train (Juno, Kite etc.), and won't miss
this TIL train again. Loading big Tuesday no matter what... Bullish

$IOVA Very excited to see this slide in the deck. 2000+ ready to go today...and
they are currently expanding to 5000+ capacity as we speak. THAT IS HUGE!
Revenue based on 515k treatment costs with greater capacity allowance via the
FDA than the company had goaled is big. Look...Rome wasn't built in a day...but
this is a good time to sit back and enjoy. Overall, the track on this will be
big growth with Europe coming on line by year's end (possibly) and another BLA
submission for a Lung indication not too far off in the future. They will move
quickly on Endometrial Cancer as stated on the last quarterly. And look out for
those 4001 #s when they drop. It's on folks! LFG!!! Bullish
