I could not have been more thrilled with the whole process from start to finish.
I had read horror stories from "Other" "pod" companies and I decided to go with
1-800-PACK-RAT. Everything went so smoothly, that I didn't have time to wonder
if something was going to go wrong. It pays to have good Customer Service in the
set up process!! 1-800-PACK-RAT is the way to go!!!

IT WAS THE BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE!

It was the best moving experience! We were moving from Texas to Florida and we
packed everything ourselves and it all arrived unscathed. We used 1-800-PACK-RAT
for the boxes and a moving company for the furniture. I would definitely use
1-800-PACK-RAT again!

I WOULD GO 1-800-PACK-RAT BEFORE PODS

1-800-PACK-RAT was my 5TH container, as I underestimated the shipping needs. I
was using PODS and they couldn't get a 5th one to me in a timely manner due to
all the extreme traffic in 2020. For that reason, I was able to make a valid
comparison of the 2 brands. Both brands worked, but 1-800-PACK-RAT exceeded in
dispatch and customer interaction. The operator on the phone understood my needs
more so than some of the operators with PODS. With PODS, I felt they were
reading from a prepared script and were not listening to me and my needs, where
as with 1-800-PACK-RAT, the team took care to understand what I specifically
needed and made it happen. Given my experience, I would go 1-800-PACK-RAT before
PODS.
