IS PARCEL TRACKER FREE TO USE?



The app comes with a 2 week free trial that offers unlimited features. All the
premium features are available and you can scans as many parcels as you want.
Once the trial ends, you have 200 parcels free per month.

DO YOU OFFER AN ANALYTICS AND REPORTING TOOLS?



Yes, we can track:

-The amount of parcels received, over time.
-Parcel hold times are crucial for understanding how long it takes for your
mailroom to get it to the recipient. This is useful to know where you need to
improve speed of delivery.
-Parcel delivery and collection times can be tracked per day and per week. This
way you know when bottle necks occur and when parcels are picked up during the
day.

OUR STAFF AREN’T ‘TECHIE’ - IS PARCEL TRACKER DIFFICULT TO USE?



The app was designed to help you track parcels regardless of your savviness with
tech. Employees and front desk staff of all ages and backgrounds are using the
app without any problems.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARCELS NEEDED TO USE THE APP?



If you don’t have intense requirements, you can use our app for free. Be sure
that you are receiving no more than 200 packages per month and it will be free
indefinitely. It's free to set up an account and you don’t even need a credit
card.

CAN I LOG LETTERS AS WELL AS PARCELS?



Yes, it can log both letter mail and parcels.

CAN I CUSTOMISE THE PARCEL TRACKER NOTIFICATIONS?



Yes, you can customize your email notifications, with a specific automated
message and/or your to name just a few things. This helps your business with
brand continuation.

CAN ONE PERSON RECEIVE PARCEL NOTIFICATIONS FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE/BUSINESSES?



The Internal Parcel Tracker gives you the option, so just one person can receive
all the notifications for several other people.

CAN YOU VIEW WHICH PARCELS HAVE BEEN COLLECTED AND ARE STILL OUTSTANDING?



Just open up your “History” tab in the app and see all the parcels that have
come in and gone out. Check out the different filter options to find specific
collections, pending parcels and sort, by residents, etc. You can also view, who
logged which parcel and when they were collected. We save photos of parcels and
the signatures which we made upon collection. It goes without saying, this makes
end to end tracking easier and less stressful.

HOW DOES CONTACTLESS PROOF-OF-COLLECTION WORK?



Because of the current situation with  COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing is a
high priority. Tenants are able to collect their parcels thanks to QR scanning
codes. This is secure and yet, won’t put anyone at risk due to physical
interaction that e-signs would produce. We lessen the chance of transmission
because nobody needs to touch anybody or anything to receive their parcels.

AND WHAT ABOUT PROOF-OF-COLLECTION?



There are two methods for collecting the proof that a parcel has been picked up.
This is done purely for internal tracking purposes.

1. All tenants will be given a unique QR code which can be found in their email
message, via SMS, WhatsApp or other. The QR code is used to pick up the parcel
as well as prove at a later time that the the collection at a later time.

 

2. If the collections are done manually, the recipient can just leave an
e-signature on a smartphone for confirmation. This can viewed in your parcel
history, whether sent or collected and whether or not it was scanned or signed.

DOES THE APP SEND REMINDERS AND NOTIFICATIONS WHEN A PARCEL IS READY TO BE
COLLECTED?



Yes, your recipients will be sent notifications and reminders to come collect
their parcels. This means every parcel is taken by the rightful recipient. The
mailroom has never felt so empty and decluttered before!

You are able to set the number of and time between notifications and reminders
as you see fit. For Example, you could set up an automatic reminder to be sent
if a parcel hasn't been collected 24 hours after the initial notifications was
sent.

No, all you need is to download the app. The software is very advanced so you
don’t need to buy any specific technology to use it. Download the app onto your
Android, iOS and or web platform and begin using it straight away.

CAN TENANTS USE A NICKNAME ON PARCELS?



If you want, add nicknames for recipients. This is super useful if you have
international tenants that accept parcels under different names.

WHAT IF THERE IS NO BARCODE PRESENT ON THE PARCEL?



If you have a parcel without a barcode, you can always manually record a note
into the app.

DO I HAVE TO TYPE ANYTHING OR MANUALLY ENTER PARCEL INFORMATION?



No, if you use our Internal Parcel Tracker, you won’t need to manually enter the
data. Point your smartphone’s camera directly toward the label and then scan the
name printed on the parcel receipt. The tracker will automatically read the text
and recognize the name of the tenant. It then sends an email and/or text to the
recipient to let them know their parcel has arrived.

 

We’re able to detect the barcode, courier and automate the delivery of your
parcel from there.
