Global Business Travel.

Below is the simulated phishing message you just received. Like a real
phishing attack, on the surface, the attachment seems
to be legitimate - but it isn't. 
If this had been an actual attack, downloading the file would have
infected your system with ransomware or another kind
of malicious software.
 


When you receive an unsolicited email with an attachment, keep the following
tips in mind:
 
• Don't take the message at face value. Attackers will try to mimic your
organization's templates, insert known logos, and use other tricks to make you
think the message is safe.
• Messages with obvious grammatical and spelling mistakes are becoming thing of
the past with introduction of AI solutions such as ChatGPT. Don’t rely purely on
the “correctness” of presentation.
• Be immediately suspicious if you randomly receive an invoice, shipping notice,
photos/videos, or free software.
• Contact the sender to verify the email and attachment are safe before
downloading.
• Ask your IT department for advice if you're unsure.
