   Fun and active day.  Been to top of Eiffel Tower, despite signs saying top
   was closed because of high winds. Followed by a visit down the River Seine on
   a bateau mouche and walk along Tuileries Gardens to the Louvre.  After dinner
   we saw crazy, French driving Arc de Triomphe!
