We are experiencing significant growth and expanding our operations
internationally, and we are looking for a senior accountant, who will take over
fully the German entities in the next 12 months and improve our processes. We
also have exciting times ahead of us, a transition to IFRS in the upcoming
quarters, continued process optimization, and active participation in our
audits. There are definitely some great projects to drive.

WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT? 

 * Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable,
   accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll.
 * Perform  financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
 * Ensure compliance with tax regulations, manage tax filings, and enhance
   internal control procedures
 * Actively engage with external stakeholders, including tax advisors and
   auditors, to ensure compliance with regulations and facilitate efficient
   financial management.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

 * You have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
   ACCA is a plus
 * You have a very good knowledge of HGB and tax law. IFRS, US GAAP and FR GAAP
   would be a plus.
 * You are a good communicator, fluent in English and German
 * You have an independent and structured way of working and are stimulated by
   working in a fast-paced environment
 * You initiate and drive improvement. You take ownership to lead projects
 * And last but not least, you’re a team player and you enjoy working and thrive
   in an international dynamic environment
