“I had my first contact with Philippe Riboton in March 2022 while I was actively
seeking new professional opportunities. At that time, I was looking for a role
as a purchasing director based in France but with a strong international
dimension. One of my contacts, a purchasing director in the medical field, had
just been approached by Philippe Riboton with a position that seemed very
similar to what I was seeking. At the end of our first
discussion, Philippe essentially asked me to completely overhaul my CV – which I
did over the weekend that followed. This was the first lesson from my
collaboration with Philippe: he didn't hesitate to challenge me. Together, we
reviewed this new CV and took the opportunity to delve deeper into the
discussion about the role, the context in which it was presented, and the
culture of the company offering it. This was the second lesson: Philippe helped
me be very well-prepared for the interviews I was going to have. He gave me
insights into the company I was applying to. Throughout the recruitment process,
we had multiple exchanges and feedback sessions on the interviews, which I found
to be a real added value from my perspective (especially compared to other
headhunters I had encountered). Philippe always showed a lot of listening and
attention: therefore, I always found our relationship very open and sincere.”
A graduate with a master's degree in international business management, Isabelle
Faugières began her career as Purchasing Manager at Stock Import in Paris before
joining the Electronics division of Air Liquide Group as Europe Purchasing
Manager - responsible for all international purchasing. Isabelle remained there
for eight years before joining Adhex Technologies in 2001, a leading provider of
adhesive solutions, as Group Purchasing Director (industrial production
purchases and non-production purchases). Since June 2022, Isabelle has been the
Director of International Purchasing at Thuasne, a major global player in
healthcare solutions in the orthopedic and medical compression sectors.

"Philippe contacted me in 2006, a few years after I had completed my first high
rise development, the Intercontinental Hotel in Warsaw. After having discussed
my professional background, my qualifications and my career plans at length,
Philippe was fast to come up with a short list of challenging options. In his

McGill University, Joachim started his professional career with the company
Olympus as a Product Manager in Global Marketing before becoming Business Unit

University of Economics, Jiri Rakosnik started his career as a Brand Manager
with Reckitt Benckiser in the United Kingdom, later on joining SAB Miller in the
