We have long been BMW enthusiasts and owners but decided to venture out and see
if it was time to try a different type of vehicle. After several 'field trips'
to multiple dealerships we happened to stop by Sheehan Cadillac where we were
warmly greeted by a salesperson John Cunningham. John took the time to ask us
questions and listen to what was important to us. We were interested in a lease
that would move us to a lower payment than what we had experienced in the past -
yet we had grown accustomed to the quality, performance, and elegance with all
the bells and whistles of our BMWs. He led us to the Cadillac XT4 Premium
Luxury. It was the PERFECT match for us. John was extremely patient as we asked
our questions, and he took the time to explain about all aspects of the vehicle.
When it was time to finalize our deal, with met with Jerry in the Finance
Department and, again, it was a positive experience. He navigated us through the
process and gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. We
drove our car off the lot that evening and John had us return the following day
for more assistance with setting up our OnStar account, Cadillac App, and to
learn more about the vehicle. He eagerly took all the time needed so that we
felt confident that we had the knowledge that would ensure the best performance,
most enjoyment and comfort from our XT4. John reminded us to reach out if we
have any concerns or questions. We would recommend Sheehan Cadillac without

We have used Sheehan Cadillac for repairs on several times. They do an excellent
job and try to resolve your vehicle issue. Recently, we had a problem with the
car not cranking even though everything seemed to be running perfect prior to
the cranking failure. The issue was intermittent and appeared only under rare
circumstances. The repair department kept the car for several days without the
problem appearing. Finally, they were able to recreate the circumstance and
diagnose the problem. The repair was simple once the issue was diagnosed. The
repair costs were very reasonable. We highly recommend this dealership. The
service advisors are sincere and try to resolve your problem.

Three Cadillacs in and I was looking for a Lyriq in stock with all of the bells
and whistles without the wait, so I Googled, Sheehan popped up and I decided to
stop in. In a matter of minutes I was pleasantly greeted by the Sales Manager
Tony Guerrera. He did a short introduction and wanted to know what brought me
in. He instantly connected us with one of his top salesmen Jay Pregiato. Jay
broke the news that the Lyriq we were checking out was scheduled for a test
drive in a matter of minutes. Bummer! But, as we entered the showroom, there it
was a vision of beauty…..I instantly fell in love and told Jay that I must have
it. So, without further ado, no test drive needed, because I’ve done that
before, the deal was finished in about 45 minutes or less. I didn’t take it home
that day, it was raining something awful but when I returned it was outside with
a hard plate, no silly temp tag, freshly detailed waiting outside. They have won
my business definitely! Here’s the best part, how often is it you are thanked
personally by a large dealership’s owner? I was and it felt pretty darn cool!
What an experience! So, hello Sheehan Cadillac; it’s where people still know how
to do business the old fashion way! Value, Respect, Integrity, and Dignity!

When Sheehan says you are part of the family You are part of the family! I have
purchased 4 GMC Terrains from Sales Professional Kelly Shirley. But the time has
