Products have always come faster than expected (I live in rural NSW so postage often takes longer) and I've always had great customer service. In January of this year I placed a large order for glass containers for my pantry. They had to wait to ship until Feb because of stock. Then I waited and waited. It was a difficult situation and I had a number of negotiations with customer service who were always friendly, patient and helpful. In the end they agreed that I could re-order and if the original order turned up I could send it back at their expense and I would receive a refund. When they found that the original order was lost in the catastrophic floods they refunded the money. I'm so happy with my purchase. Sometimes things go wrong. What keeps my loyalty to a company is the way they deal with the snags - and KW were exemplary. Products have always come faster than expected (I live in rural NSW so postage often takes longer) and I've always had great customer service. In January of this year I placed a large order for glass containers for my pantry. They had to wait to ship until Feb because of stock. Then I waited and waited. It was a difficult situation and I had a number of negotiations with customer service who were always friendly, patient and helpful. In the end they agreed that I could re-order and if the original order turned up I could send it back at their expense and I would receive a refund. When they found that the original order was lost in the catastrophic floods they refunded the money. I'm so happy with my purchase. Sometimes things go wrong.
