How often should team building activities be conducted?
Tailored Team Building recommends conducting team building activities at least
once a year, but the frequency may depend on your team’s needs. New teams or
those undergoing significant changes may require more frequent team building
activities.
What are your recommended team building activities for remote? For outdoor?
For remote teams, Tailored Team Building offers:

What is your cancellation policy?
Tailored Team Building requires a 20% non-refundable deposit for bookings. If a
booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the event, we may invoice for staff
costs. Postponements due to unforeseen circumstances can be rescheduled without
penalty. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the event) may incur staffing
costs.

We had so much fun for our work Christmas Party ‘Corporate Games’ . It was a
great way to end the year and something that everyone could participate in. A
big thanks to Kerri & Emily did an amazing job organising us on the day.

My year 11s (110 students) had a great time working through all the fun
challenges. Students loved the code challenges, food competition and the race to
the finish. The members running the event were also super upbeat and fantastic
in how they worked with our 16/17 year old students. Would definitely book
again.

Race as one of our activities. The staff planned around our restrictions and
worked with students to make their day enjoyable. We had a lot of fun, and the

Tailored Team Building have the most incredible variety of fun team building
events. Their Amazing Race and Survivor events are particular favourite. Their
team is friendly and fun and makes the day great for all involved. Definitely
not the usual boring team building stuff.
