Rusian did our portal intro training, great experience. The portal seems very
easy to navigate. It’s nice to have a system set up where we can submit requests
24/7 if needed. Rusian was also able to answer all of the questions we had for

I had my annual home inspection and Lee was very professional and wrote down a
few items that needed attention. The items were taken care of right away. Rick
with maintenance was awesome. Always keeping me informed of his arrival time,

This is a mixed review. Over the course of the last few weeks I’ve had my
initial inspection and several work orders created for minor issues with the
home we are renting. I’ve tried to be as accommodating as possible but would
love if somehow inspection / repair times could be better coordinated in order
to create less impact to my personal work schedule. With that said, that wasn’t
a major issue- but would be helpful for tenants in the future.

Last Tuesday a plumbing company came out for repairs and what should’ve been
easy unfortunately turned out to be a big issue. Ultimately my water was shut
off around 10am Tue. Plumbers said they had to submit a claim for approval for
next steps to Management One. By 3pm I still hadn’t heard anything so I
contacted the plumbing company which then advised they could not get ahold of
anyone for authorization and repairs could not be completed same day. I called
Management one and contacted Kristine advising her my water was off- she gave no
empathy to my situation and never returned my call with next steps. I called
back 30 minutes later to check status and got no answer as the office was now
closed. Out of courtesy, someone should have notified me nothing could be done.
The next morning, I had to initiate conversation once again - called the
plumber, who advised they finally contacted Management One. The normal inspector
(Steve) was out of office and no one backed him up. The inspector contacted me
on his day off and arranged for another inspector to arrive. I appreciate Steve
contacting me and felt bad he had to do so on his day off. Thank you again
Steve!

Here’s where the review ultimately earns its rating- inspector Rick arrived
Wednesday afternoon and was able to turn our water back on. More than a day
without water is tough. Rick couldn’t make all repairs that day but helped me
out by returning yesterday (Sunday) to finish repairs and lessen the impact to
my personal schedule. I am eternally grateful for Rick being so flexible and
getting the job done. Rick was knowledgeable and super friendly. Thank you Rick!
