IN THE NEAR DISTANT FUTURE, THE WORLD IS BEING SLOWLY DESTROYED BY AN UNKNOWN
FORCE.

In the near distant future, the world is being slowly destroyed by an unknown
force. Trees are dying, resources are dwindling, and people are starving. There
are small areas where natural resources can still be found, called Oases, but
few people have access to them, and even those who do still lead a hard life.
There is one place that still holds out against the decay and destruction of the
world – The Bubble. Known as Libra, the Bubble has protection, safety,
resources, and the ability to earn a living. But only a select number of people
are able to live in The Bubble. The rest are left to survive in the harsh
outside world.
