AFTER-HOURS ACCESS

As a complete "Medical Home" for your family, Riverside Pediatric Group is
conscious of the fact that people do not always fall ill conveniently during
"office hours". In order to best service Riverside Medical Group families,
Riverside Medical Group has the longest hours of operation in the country and
provides around the clock access to your Physician, which allows us to minimize
ER visits; while maximizing patient care, quality and convenience.

Our Secaucus office also offers extended hours from 7 am until 12 pm, 365 days
per year to ensure you can always contact our physicians.


URGENT CARE

Come to us in an emergency. We offer comprehensive, after-hours care exclusively
to our patients for urgent medical problems, such as asthma attacks and severe
infections. In addition to our highly-skilled staff and nurses, many of our
board certified physicians and nurse practitioners have undergone emergency room
training and each office is equipped to treat acute illness. With cutting-edge
technology and our superior medical staff, you can be assured that you will
receive the first-class, personalized care that comes with being a Riverside
patient.

ON-SITE LAB

Blood drawing can be a traumatic experience, especially for children, but at
Riverside Medical Group, we offer on-site well trained lab technicians. With no
additional trips to hospitals or outside labs necessary, and with a
well-trained, caring staff, we take every opportunity to make lab work a more
convenient and comfortable experience.


VISION SCREENING

At Riverside, our patients undergo an annual Visual Evoked Potential (VEP) test
which identifies subtle problems with vision in our patients before they lead to
problems. Performing consistent testing from childhood through adulthood enables
early diagnosis and treatment of any issues that arise.

HEARING SCREENING

Riverside Pediatric Group offers the very best in Hearing Screening. Otoacoustic
Emission Test (OAE) is the hearing screening test employed by most Children’s
Hospitals and is now performed on an annual basis for Riverside Pediatric Group
patients.

For adults, hearing screening is equally important to screen for issues and
provide preventative treatment.

My 6-year-year-old son and I have been a part of Riverside Medical Group in
Ridgefield Park sine he was about 2 years old. They have never let me down and
have always been so helpful with appointments/scheduling. In regards to my son,
I went to about 3 different pediatricians before I came across Dr. Clara Lee at
this location and it instantly felt right. As for myself, I had no insurance for
a while However, Riverside has always been extremely informative by providing me
with everything I might need in order to get the best possible options with or
without insurance The staff at the Ridgefield Park location are all very
friendly, sweet, and helpful. Their online team, in my case, Maria Martinez, is
actually way quicker than their calling system, and in my opinion is more
