LOOKING TO ADOPT A BREW BEAGLE?

SUBMIT AN ADOPTION APPLICATION

If you see a beagle or two or three that you are interested in, the first step
is to read our Standards for Adoption and understand our adoption fee. If you
agree with the Standards, you should submit an Adoption Application. You will be
then be assigned an adoption coordinator. You may also apply at an adoption
event.

WORK WITH AN ADOPTION COORDINATOR

You will be contacted by a BREW adoption coordinator who will work with you
throughout the process. We start out with a phone interview to discuss what you
are looking for in a beagle, what your daily routine is like, beagle traits and
any concerns you may have. If you submit your application at adoption day, we
can do the interview in person. If you have or have had pets in the last five
years, we will do a vet reference check. Finally, we do a home check which helps
us better understand the environment the dog will be living in and to provide
advice on any potential hazards.



MEET THE BEAGLES

BREW’s adoption events are open to the public. Please come on by if you are
interested in meeting our beagles. We will post the dogs who will be attending
about a week before the event. Once you are approved you can adopt from an
adoption event or your adoption coordinator can put you in touch with the foster
family so you can learn more about the dog(s) that have caught your eye. You and
the foster family can arrange for a time to meet the dog. If it’s a match, you
can take the dog home that same day!

Want to help a beagle find a home but not ready to adopt? BREW is in urgent need
of new foster homes! Foster families are vital to BREW because they give us a
chance to learn about each beagle and work with each one to polish their skills
as a pet.

501(c)3 organization, so all of your donation is tax-deductible. Additionally,
almost 96 cents of every dollar donated goes directly to helping beagles.
