Hotfix - 06-05-23 * We've added a new system to prevent going to the "void", otherwise known as out of bounds. This should prevent a complex multi-step exploit that was used to get out of bounds and warp to victory quickly. To address the exploited VP gain, all VP gained thus-far this week will be lowered down to 100. New accounts made this week which exploited this will have their VP reset. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Elite expansion - 06-04-23 * Elite Expanse is now 80 areas long again. Elite Expanse Hard is now 80 area long. Orbit ring is now unlocked from Elite Expanse area 80. Stars hat is now unlocked from Elite Expanse Hard area 80. * Implemented an anti farming mechanic for the bosses in Cyber Castle. 05-28-23 * Cyber Castle: Bosses that are immune to movement effects can now be affected by any secondary effects of movement altering abilities. Increased damage dealt by Paralysis, Black Hole, Orbit & Radioactive Gloop. Debuff projectiles from bosses no longer affect players that are invulnerable. The bosses in Data Center A, B, C & D now move 10% slower. * Fixed a bug where the bosses in Cyber Castle could be damaged by certain abilities while immune. * Fixed a bug where Echelon's Echo could be reused early. * Fixed a bug where the death timer would be set to the maximum value for the area when a player was removed from the game with an enemy colliding with them. * Magno will no longer repel from enemies while downed, which prevents players from being downed outside the bounds of an area in maps like Restless Ridge. 05-21-23 * Magno: Repel Magno can now switch between Attract & Repel, including while downed. Repel push strength has been reduced & now indicates which enemy you are being pushed away from. Repel no longer lets you avoid damage from corrosive enemies. Repel cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5s → 5s. Attract range: 150/180/210/240/270 → 270. * Echelon: Echo Now you must throw the projectiles in order to revive other players. You cannot be revived through your own projectiles for 1s after being downed. * Fixed a bug where glowy enemies were invisible. * Fixed a bug where grass enemies were harmless. * Fixed a bug where Ignis would not appear downed under specific conditions. 05-14-23 * Magno: Attract Attract has been replaced with a new ability: Repel. The server crashes were traced to a database contention issue related to the newly introduced achievements system. Specifically, the problem occurred due to concurrent saving of achievement data using optimistic locking. To resolve this, we have made changes to the way achievements are saved, preventing concurrent saving of achievement data and eliminating the contention. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and greatly appreciate your patience and support as we continue to improve the game.
