Hotfix - 06-05-23

 * We've added a new system to prevent going to the "void", otherwise known as
   out of bounds.
   
   This should prevent a complex multi-step exploit that was used to get out of
   bounds and warp to victory quickly.
   
   To address the exploited VP gain, all VP gained thus-far this week will be
   lowered down to 100. New accounts made this week which exploited this will
   have their VP reset.
