The loud noise from the group of ladies somewhere made this stay unpleasant.
Good location for transit passenger with long layover The staff at check in was
very friendly and efficient
My room (No3) was at the far end. For whatever reason, I could hear a group of
ladies laughing and talking loudly between midnight and 2 am. They were not in
this hotel and I am not sure where the noise came from. That affected my sleep.

The food & drink was great
I thought there would be recliner chairs to relax on but they were just normal
seats. There should be somewhere to put your feet up after spending an
uncomfortable plane journey. I was disappointed with the seating. It was also to
noisy, there was someone in the kitchen banging around with plates & moving
chairs at 3am

Was okay but a lot of room for improvement, in several aspects.
Very ordinary breakfast, a lack of choice.
For the money - limited sleep only, not one second longer than 6 hours, which
after a long flight and time zone changes was not enough.They were really strict
with letting you in and leaving your bedroom - right on time, no flexibility.
Also checking one's details or documents took a while and done unnecessarily at
two reception desks, same thing twice!

the advertisement was CONFUSING, one said room with a bed, another said no bed,
I booked 3 rooms but it was only one lounge with no rooms. price was quite

Terrible place book in specially if you are booking for someone.
Nothing about this place is nice. I rather go to plaza premium lounge in
terminal 1. They are very accommodating.
I don’t like anything about this facility. I paid for a room for my aunt that
traveled 8 hours at 2:30am and I paid for the lounge already but they kicked her
out coz they said my card was cancelled. And I got a receipt for the paid hotel
room. And my bank account statement showing I paid for it too. And also the
place don’t have enough signal to call. You basically have to get out of the
place to get a signal to call someone if you didn’t pay in there. Now, I’m
disputing the amount they took from my account in my bank and from them. I
should of read the reviews before booking in. I guessed learn from my
experience.

Don't go anywhere near it!
Nothing went well because I couldn't access the hotel because I didn't have a
boarding card. This wasn't mentioned in any of the literature when I booked. It
is a complete con job
Everything. Because I couldn't access the hotel I had to sleep on a couch in
Terminal 1. I tried to contact the Bookings.com to see if they could assist me
or even cancel the booking and the call wasn't answered.

Not recommended.
Nothing. Terrible attitude
I booked a room , which was confirmed as: one person, 1 room 1 night. On arrival
I was told it was a 6 hour stay only, and I had to vacate at 5 am or pay more.
Presenting the booking confirmation was ignored. Only their own printout was
valid... I was very tired. The rudness was overwhelming. They charged me what
they chose... $120. Booking.com must clarify the hourly rate when they
(booking.com) confirm a booking One night is usually from checking in at 2 pm.
to check out at 12 noon. Early check-in or late check out carries extra charges
in most places. The hotel also wanted to charge me an extra $22 for a maximum
30mn shower. According to them, I only booked for a 30mn shower. The booking
confirmation clearly indicates 1 person, 1 room , 1 night. I'm not happy at all.
Additionally, the bathroom basin was dirty with spit from brushing
teeth...yucky. I do not recommend it. There are comfortable spots at the airport
where you can rest for free. This was a total rip-off. No consideration at all
that I am 77 years old and had been up since 2am. The staff didn't care. So
rude.

I will be back!!
For what it was - a chair in a lounge it was perfect. I was expecting just
snacks but there were proper meals on offer and plenty to drink with a good
variety of food and drinks. Good showers too!
I had booked a bed for 3 hours which presumably I paid for only to find that
there were no beds available which was a shame as I had an 18 hour transit but
understandable given the airport situation and COvid-19

I booked a room here through bookings.com and when I arrived, the man in the
reception said I have booked for a lounge area for a chair. Why in the world
would I book a chair for a 19 hour layover in the airport?? I want my money
back!! This is a fraud and I will continue to report this even to the airport
management. A fraud! My experience of Singapore was horrible because of you. And
you cannot blame the website and say, its their fault! Your hotel chooses and
allows to associate yourself with a website like that. So yea,i want my money
back. I was cheated and even the service was horrible. To be honest, what
service did I even get?? Nothing!! And the man in the reception had the audacity
to tell me that I was not the first customer who thought they booked a room and
found themselves in your lounge?? Which means you are aware of this fraud but
refuses to acknowledge it. You rip off tired, traveling passengers and give a
bad name to Changi Airport and Singapore itself.
