Though the CRASH app glitch was real, it only lasted briefly before Cash App
fixed it. That didn’t stop some users from trying to take advantage of it by
posting videos showing off their accounts online and boasting they had “earned
thousands” using the hack.
Unfortunately, Cash App does not provide any ways of earning free cash. Any
videos showing people adding funds are likely troll-made videos designed to
trick other TikTok users into scamming them or include links leading to websites
with malware, potentially used to gather personal data and obtain your
credentials.
Are You Seeking Extra Cash? There are various side hustles you can try to
generate extra funds but beware of scammers, as they could take advantage of
your good intentions and lure you into divulging banking details or identity.
Ideally, though, if you’re lucky, you might just come across one that pays well
and gives you extra capital to invest.
