DO NOT trust Jake Pyzik. He is absolutely the MOST untrustworthy and
unprofessional sales person I’ve ever dealt with.... We NEVER received a copy of
our signed offer. The sale didn’t work out and after 3 weeks we still have NOT
received our good faith deposit back. He told my husband it was in the mail 3
weeks ago. And definitely DO NOT use the marine surveyor he recommends. Thank
God we didn’t. If I could give him less than 1 Star it would still be too
