Hi Mark, thank you for letting us know about this! I've looked at the tracking
info and it looks like it was held up in Chicago by USPS for about a week. This
is rare and definitely an unfortunate circumstance. It says it is still enroute
to you and you should receive it tomorrow hopefully. Please reach out to us at

until the physical labels arrive. :)
