   commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and
   comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
 * Team leadership and customer service.

 * Comfortable conducting feedback conversations. Team Line up planning. Product
   knowledge.
 * Good English skills/understanding.
 * Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store

YOUR ACTIVITIES:

 * Leading by example and coaching, coordinating the shop floor, and ensuring
   continuous development for the team in store.
 * Drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by delivering
   great customer service.
 * Ensure the store is up to brand standards at all times incl. Visual
   Merchandising standards, Replenishment, and Customer service to create the
   best shopping experience for the consumer.
