Ian gets people talking in healthcare.  

Since 2002 Ian has been hired by more than 60 pharma and medtech companies, plus
numerous doctors’ groups and the NHS.  He specialises in helping suppliers speak
to their customers in a more productive way.

He has delivered hundreds of seminars to thousands of customer facing staff from
over 70 countries helping them work better and improve outcomes.

He is the co-founder of cloud based software package Little Bird Medical, the
future of field sales coaching in the Life Sciences sector. Little Bird offers
managers more coaching opportunities, numerous other training applications and
provides marketing and senior leaders with strategic insight into customers'
preferences, opinions and needs. 

Ian co-founded the Life Science Access Academy with Nigel Robbins to bring
together all the best ideas in people development from more than 20 innovative
specialist consultancies. A blended learning solution, the Life Science Access
Academy offers medical companies a flexible and cost effective one-stop-shop for
developing their staff and improving customer engagement.
