At Bill Gosling, excellence in leadership defines our success, and at the helm
of our dynamic sales team stands our highly efficient Vice President, Steve
Copeland. Steve brings 25+ years of unparalleled experience in all aspects of a
customer life cycle, from sales, service, and accounts receivable management via
multiple customer connection channels globally. His expertise spans diverse
industries and markets, empowering organizations to achieve and exceed targets
with finesse and precision. He crafts and executes visionary strategies that
meet and exceed business and financial objectives. His forward-thinking approach
keeps our team agile and responsive in a dynamic marketplace.  

Beyond the boardroom, Steve was born and raised in Canada; Steve's global
perspective extends beyond borders. Throughout his life, he has called Canada,
the UK, the USA, Jamaica, and Panama home, reflecting a rich tapestry of
cultural experiences that undoubtedly contribute to his well-rounded and
adaptable leadership style. Steve's journey transcends geographical boundaries,
mirroring the diverse and inclusive approach he brings to his personal and
professional life. Steve is a devoted family man— a loving husband, a proud
father of three children, two granddaughters and their four-legged family pet,
Bella (Shichon).  

Steve is an avid sports enthusiast outside his professional and family
commitments. He channels his competitive spirit these days into golf and darts,
showcasing a passion for precision and strategy beyond the business realm.
