A complaint should be made when products do not comply with the order or have
manufacturing defects. You should return products when they do not meet your
expectations, for example when the size does not fit you. Detailed information

A complaint can be made within 2 years from the date of purchase. The complaint
should be made immediately, not later than within 2 months after the defect
arose. To observe this time limit, you just need to send the products back
within 2 months because what we take into account is the date on which you
posted the parcel.
The information that the parcel was received reaches our Customer Service with
some delay. To get to know whether the parcel has arrived, check the tracking
number and contact the carrier that you chose to deliver your parcel. When the
complaint is processed, you will receive a notification to your e-mail address
assigned to your order.
Your complaint will be processed within 14 days. When the complaint is accepted,
you will receive another notification to your e-mail address. At the same time,
we will return your payment to the account number which you used to pay for your
order or which you provided in the complaint form (please, wait up to two days
until your account is credited with the payment). If you sent the parcel to us
on your own, after a few days we will also reimburse you for the cost of sending
the products back.
After each status change, you will receive a notification sent to the e-mail
address provided when you were placing the order.
The order processing time is from 1 to 2 business days. You also need to add the
time needed to deliver the order.
We will send to you notifications with the status of your order and when the
parcel is on its way, you will also receive its number. Now you are just moments
away from receiving your parcel. :)
The activation of the waybill number is always slightly delayed. It is
completely normal if your link or parcel number does not work. It takes up to 24
hours for the link to be activated. In the meantime, visit our Facebook or

Everything depends on the status of your order. Changes in the order can only be
made before you pay for your order.

All you need to do is click on a dark blue link reading “Cancel” in the e-mail
with order confirmation. If you have already paid for your order, please contact
our Customer Service.
If you chose the option to pay for your order in advance (by bank transfer,
through PayU or PayPal), you need to pay for it within 5 days. After this time,
your order will be cancelled. If you paid for your order after this deadline,
please contact our Customer Service.
Our system saves every order as separate. Your order goes through several IT
processes, so we cannot combine two different orders into one.
To exercise your right to return a product, please send the products back within
