125 YEARS OF SCIENCE BY THE SEA

MDI Biological Laboratory is a non-profit, international hub for the science of
aging and regeneration. Our state-of-the-art facilities support 10 research
groups whose faculty and students are pushing the frontiers of biomedical
science, discovering new pathways to health and longevity.

Ours is a dynamic, 125-year history of personalities and disciplines brought
together in an inspiring coastal setting for the rigorous study of comparative
biology. While animal models and scientific questions change over time, our
commitment to collaboration and collegiality holds fast.
