If you are looking for the most dedicated, knowledgeable, and helpful agent to
guide you through your home buying (or selling) journey, look no further
(especially if you’re targeting Hiller Highlands and nearby Oakland
neighborhoods). Chris’ skillset runs the full gamut from the first step (i.e.,
helping identify your wants/needs) to the last (i.e., closing the deal). We were
fortunate enough to run into Chris at one of our early open houses and were
immediately impressed by his deep knowledge of the local market. An East Bay
native himself (along with his father who is also an established local agent),
Chris not only has a wealth of information about different Oakland and Berkeley
neighborhoods (including seismic/fire risk, soil condition, sales history, etc.)
but also knows many individual properties/property owners. Due to this intimate
knowledge of the local market (and relationship with property owners), Chris was
able to show us multiple properties before they came on the market, as well as
walk us through several that were not yet ready for public showing. While Chris
is generally knowledgeable about East Bay, his depth of information shines most
in Oakland, especially in Piedmont Ave., Hiller Highlands, and nearby
neighborhoods. Chris was also extremely helpful in connecting us with his
expansive network of other trusted professionals who were equally trustworthy
and helpful (engineering, construction, mortgage, etc.). On multiple occasions,
these connections saved us from missing tight deadlines. Finally, thanks to
Chris’ offering and negotiation skills we were able to put the winning bid on a
Hiller Highland home after an almost nine-month search. Our final bid was
considerably below market value which is a testament to Chris’ effective advice
and assistance.
Chris is the best! Absolutely no words can describe how easy he made it for my
husband and me as we relocated from Kentucky to the Bay Area. He took care of us
through the whole process and we wouldn't recommend anyone else. Seriously, the
best.
My wife and I moved across the country to the Bay Area from KY and Chris made
the process super smooth. He is always available to talk to and really listens
to what you are looking for. He is an expert in the area and made us feel like
family. I highly recommend him to anyone!
