The Regulator is aware of the challenge some responsible parties are encountering during the new registration and data migration process of Information Officers. If the registration or migration process is initiated but left incomplete, attempting to resume it later may result in an error message indicating that the Information Officer is already added. This issue arises due to the registration being in an "incomplete" status.
