sources, including our retail partners and advertising and social media

INFORMATION WE OBTAIN

We obtain personal information about you in various ways, such as when you visit

When you visit our Site, we may obtain certain information by automated means,

This California Consumer Privacy Statement (“Statement”) supplements the
Carhartt, Inc. U.S. Privacy Notice. This Statement does not apply to Carhartt
personnel or job applicants.

This Statement uses certain terms that have the meaning given to them in the
California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and its implementing regulations (the
“CCPA”).

    account. If you do not have an account with us and you request access to or
    deletion of your personal information, we may require you to provide any of
    the following information: your name, email address, postal address, phone
    number, and a recent order number. In addition, if you do not have an
