FIND THE 3 THINGS YOU SHOULD CHECK BEFORE TAKING ACTION ON AN EMAIL.

Your training won't be counted unless you click the "I Acknowledge" button after
you've found all things.

1. THIS EMAIL USES YOUR EMOTIONS OR CURIOSITY TO CATCH YOUR ATTENTION.

Curiosity, fear, and desire are strong emotions. Scammers use your emotions to
get a quick reaction. This email claims your mailbox is full to catch get you to
react.

2. THIS EMAIL HAS AN [EXTERNAL] TAG AND ISN'T AN OFFICIAL DBS EMAIL.

Pay attention to the sender of the email. Phishing tends to use realistic sender
names and domains. Treat emails with [External] tags with caution.
[External]-tagged emails come from outside the bank. Untagged emails originate
from DBS' email systems and [DBS Services]-tagged emails come from known DBS
services.

3. THIS ISN'T DBS DOMAIN.

If you hover over the link, you'll see it isn't a DBS domain. It's always best
to verify with a service through their website, app, or program to check instead
of clicking on links in an email.

REPORT ANY SUSPICIOUS EMAILS VIA THE REPORT PHISHING BUTTON OR TO CERT@DBS.COM.
