   WHILE THE "TECH STACK" HAS EVOLVED RAPIDLY OVER THE PAST DECADE, THE "TALENT

   INVEST BETWEEN $500K AND $1.5M INTO STARTUPS THAT ARE PRE-REVENUE, IN

   At New Stack, we invest in outsiders. Our startups don't look like what's
   commonly funded in Silicon Valley. The standard formula of Stanford educated,
   Google trained, Bay Area-located is NOT what we're looking for. We believe in
   mission-driven founders with an irrational commitment to their cause

   Prior to New Stack, Nick worked for Danaher (NYSE: DHR) in M&A and Product
   Management. There he developed one of the most successful products in the
   company's history -- an analytical device for testing compounds in drinking
   water at nano scale. In addition to investing, Nick founded the 1st Venture
   Capital podcast, The Full Ratchet.

   J.R.'s career spans 15+ years as an attorney, in which he developed expertise
   in patent litigation, representing a variety of inventors and corporations.
   He has successfully litigated $B+ through patent infringement suits and
   licensing. J.R. has also worked extensively in the venture space, including
   venture capital fund formation, venture capital financing, startup formation,
   and corporate matters.

   Prior to New Stack, Austin helped early-stage startups nail their customer
   acquisition and top-line growth metrics through paid acquisition and product
   optimization. He's worked with startups including a global rideshare service,
   an IoT Smart Home security system, and a Millennial/Gen Z focused e-commerce
   brand. These efforts led him to venture capital, beginning as a scout in Los
   Angeles and now as an analyst for New Stack.
   
   
   NATE PIEROTTI

   Founder -> VC
   
   Prior to New Stack, Nate co-founded Monarc, a deepTech / Robotics company in
   the sportsTech space. There he served as CEO and led product development,
   prior to exit. Nate also helped design and engineer Monarc's products,
   receiving multiple patents for his work. His experience ultimately led him to
   venture capital where he is passionate about deepTech, marketplaces, and all
   things consumer.

   Mark has 25+ years of management experience leading design and technical
   innovation for multi-national A/E/C and emerging tech companies. Mark is the
   Founder/ CEO of LyteShot, an immersive augmented reality (AR) gaming platform
   leveraging the cloud and connected devices. Mark leads Malex Enterprises and
   was an early investor in Build A Bear Workshop (NYSE: BBW).

   selling everything from cars to collector coins. As an undergraduate, Zeke
