PHARMACEUTICAL POLYMORPHS EXPERTS

Analytics Inc. is a company specializing in polymorphism of active
pharmaceutical ingredients (API), i.e.  their polymoprhs, their hydrates and
solvates.  It was founded in 2005. We work with number of pharmaceutical
companies and law firms dealing with intellectual property. We provide high
quality research and experimental data, data analysis and expert witness
services.

We explain difficult concepts in easy common sense terms. We deliver fast
response.

Our analytical expert services cover solid state characterization of
pharmaceutical polymorphs, hydrates, solvates, co-crystals and amorphous phase
of API (active pharmaceutical ingredients_ in bulk and in drug products. We
investigate crystal forms and crystalline polymorphic purity in the final
product i.e. at low concentrations.
With use of cutting edge specialized set ups of  x-ray powder diffraction
technology (XRPD), solid state NMR, Raman and thermal techniques like MDSC and
TG. We can determine presence of small amounts of polymorphic forms in a drug
product. We can often quantify the amounts of different polymorphs (hydrates and
solvates) in a drug product.  We can also estimate % crystallinity of API in
bulk or in a drug product. We  can determine crystal structure,
from x-ray powder diffraction data, of difficult to investigate channel hydrates
and other APIs. We can also elucidate differences between crystal structures of
API forms that are difficult to distinguish by x-ray powder diffraction. We
screen for salts and their polymorphs and for hydrates and their polymorphs. We
investigate polymorphic phase transitions caused by foreseeable or incidental
changes in manufacturing or storage conditions.
