So I came here and was looking for one that specifically supports my neck and spine because I sit for several hours a day knitting. I kinda balked at the price but went ahead and ordered it because I needed one AND the reviews were pretty good. I love it. The Walmart ones tend to be firm, almost too hard, the back area is shorter and there's no neck support. I could never go back to their brand after buying this one. I love that I can wash the covers(i have dogs) and that the neck pillow is adjustable AND removable. Sometimes, I juat dont need it. The quality is top notch too.
