Address: Contact Person: Jill Bone Email: jill.murphy@alteryx.com Term Contract Start Date: June 14,2024 Contract End Date: June 15,2025 Terms and Conditions This Statement of Work ## (“SOW”) is made pursuant to the Master Services Agreement effective as of June 15,2023 (the “Agreement”) between Alteryx, Inc. and Fama Technologies, Inc. (“Company”). This SOW is effective as of June 14,2024 (the “SOW Effective Date”). All capitalized terms not defined in this SOW have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement. In the event of any inconsistencies between the terms of this SOW and the Agreement, the Agreement shall govern, except if the SOW specifically references a deviation from the Agreement, in which case the terms set forth in the SOW will prevail for that SOW only. This Work Order will automatically renew for successive one (1) year renewal terms, unless (a) terminated sooner as provided in the Agreement; or (b) either party gives the other party notice of its election not to renew this Work Order at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current term. The parties agree that there shall be an automatic annual increase of 3-5% in the contract pricing or fees, effective from the commencement date of each subsequent year, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. This increase shall be applied to account for inflationary changes and operational costs. The specific percentage increase within this range will be determined by specific conditions.
