Welcome to the Actin Training Site. Actin is a robotics control and tasking
framework built to meet the varied requirements of industrial, commercial,
collaborative, and consumer robotic systems.

ACTIN STUDIO

Learn how to import models, run simulations, define tasking for single or
multi-robot environments. Actin Studio includes modeling, simulation, control
system definition and interfacing to robot sensor and actuator hardware. This
track focuses on how to model the world environment and use scripting to motion
for one or more robots.


ACTIN STUDIO | UNIVERSAL ROBOTS

This is a special version of Actin that designed specified for use with one or
more Universal Robots. It comes pre-installed on an industrial PC and includes
simulation and control models for all of Universal Robots UR models (3,5,10, 3e,
5e, 10e, 16e).


ACTIN C++ SDK

This course will provide an overview of the Actin C++ libraries as well as
creating examples in C++ that use the Actin tasking and control classes. Ideal
for users that want to integrate Actin core algorithms into their own robotics
control applications.


ACTIN ROBOT CONTROL FRAMEWORK

RCF (The Robot Control Framework) : A robust framework for the interface between
Actin and robot hardware.


SOLIDWORKS CAD CONVERSION

Learn how to use the Actin SolidWorks Add-In. Define robot models, including
kinematics in SolidWorks, then export to Actin.

To get the most out of training, you'll need to download the Actin SDK v6.0 or
later for Windows 10 or Ubuntu (18.04/20.04). For access to the trial SDK,
please contact our support group and we'll get you set up. The complete training
takes from 6 to 8 hours if you work through the examples and try the
demonstrations yourself in Actin Viewer.
