WHO WE ARE

There are more than 2 million people with disabilities registered in Thailand.
Fewer than 25% of them are employed. We are an experienced team of trainers and
inclusion specialists dedicated to changing this. We offer award-winning
education programmes for young neurodivergent people, run inclusive business
models such as cafes, and offer consultancy to help organisations diversify
their workforce. We established the Neurodiversity at Work Research centre,
Southeast Asia’s first ever research centre dedicated to understanding
neurodiversity in the workplace, in partnership with Sasin School of
Management.

HOW YOUR BUSINESS CAN CONNECT WITH US

We can support your business with becoming more inclusive. Use our consultancy
services so we can help you reap the benefits of hiring people with disabilities
– research shows organisations which hire a diverse workforce have a reduced
staff turnover and increase in profits. Join us as a business partner and we can
coach you through hiring our graduates. Or outsource basic administrative tasks
to our business service centre.

OUR EDUCATION PROGRAMMES

Our award-winning vocational training centres in Bangkok are open to learners
aged 11 and up who would benefit from an alternative to mainstream education.
