The footrest came and on the order details or said so has the laptop stand- except it hasn’t- contacted the help app and no response- spoke to the customer help web chat and they told me it may take a week to sort out and check- in mean time I’ve only a footrest- i am not happy with the service at all. Feel fobbed off and ignored.. would have been nice to hear yes we can send another out express and see where the other is..!
