**JCPENNEY REWARDS: JCPenney credit cardmembers are automatically enrolled in
JCPenney Rewards and are eligible to earn rewards points on purchases made with
their JCPenney credit card account. For each $1 spent on a qualifying purchase
at JCPenney stores or jcp.com, you will receive 1 JCPenney Rewards point, up to
the point maximum (2,000). In addition, JCPenney Mastercard® cardmembers will
earn 0.2 points for every dollar in net purchases made on their JCPenney
Mastercard everywhere Mastercard is accepted (other than JCPenney Stores and
jcp.com), provided their JCPenney Mastercard Account (“Mastercard Account”) is
open and in good standing. Rewards apply to net card purchases (minus returns).
Once you reach 200 points, you will be issued a $10 JCPenney Rewards
certificate, redeemable on eligible JCPenney purchases. Your account must be in
good standing when the reward points are earned and reward certificates are
issued. For qualifying purchases and exclusions and restrictions that may apply,
please see the Rewards Program Terms provided with your account agreement (as
may be amended) or jcp.com/rewards.

‡JCPENNEY GOLD/PLATINUM CARD LEVEL DETAILS: You must spend $500 or more on
merchandise or services at JCPenney Stores or jcp.com with your JCPenney Credit
Card in a calendar year to earn or maintain JCPenney Gold Status. Spend $1,000
or more on merchandise or services at JCPenney Stores or jcp.com with your
JCPenney Credit Card in a calendar year to earn or maintain JCPenney Platinum
Status. For the JCPenney Credit Card, Gold/Platinum Status is determined at the
time of your monthly billing statement after meeting purchase threshold; for the
JCPenney Mastercard, Gold/Platinum Status is determined within two billing
periods of meeting purchase threshold. We reserve the right to change or cancel
