3:30PM Saturday (12/3) and will resume normal hours Sunday (12/4)

New Laboratory hours are Monday – Friday: 7 am – 6 pm, Saturday: 7 am – noon,
and closed on Sundays.

NOTICE TO OUR PATIENTS ABOUT COVID-19

Hawthorn is committed to providing care for our patients in an environment that
is safe.

Masks will remain mandatory for all patients/visitors coming into Hawthorn
facilities. Read more »

Testing: Patients having COVID-related symptoms will be directed to our Urgent
Care Center. The patient will be evaluated by a provider before COVID testing is
done. The Urgent Care Center does not perform COVID testing on asymptomatic
individuals. Patients who do not have any symptoms and are requesting COVID
testing due to exposure or travel should contact their Hawthorn PCP.

Vaccinations: Vaccines are available at most pharmacies in our area. Details
about sites can be found on the State’s web site at vaxfinder.mass.gov.

STEWARD CONNECT PATIENT PORTAL

Hawthorn's patient portal—Steward CONNECT—allows patients to connect securely
with their doctor and medical team online and view health information. Log In .
Steward recently launched a new, improved portal. Current portal users will
receive an email with instructions to activate an account in the new system. For
technical support, call 888-696-0108, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5 pm.

The Hawthorn Children’s Express Clinic offers sick visits by appointment for
symptoms such as nasal congestion, low-grade fever, sore throat, cough, ear
pain, diarrhea, etc. Appointments can be made by calling 508-996-3991 or with
