WE ARE AN EMAIL COPYWRITING AGENCY FOR SAAS

WE WANT TO HELP YOU UNLOAD A BUCKETLOAD OF MRR BY CONVERTING YOUR FREE TRIAL
USERS OR NON-PAYING CUSTOMERS INTO PAYING USERS.
AND WE DO THAT VIA EMAIL NURTURE SEQUENCES.

WE 100% FUND ALL THE CAMPAIGNS.

SCROLL DOWN TO FIND OUT…

WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME TO SEND EMAILS?

Usually every SAAS founder and CEO usually sends emails when they release a new
feature or there is some kind of an update.

Now they have a feeling that in order to contact their free trial users they
need to have a new feature or an update.

And whenever you have a new exciting feature you can get more users.

Now that makes sense and that works.

But why does it work?

Let’s see what’s happening here:

People read about your features and they get excited. Then they head over to
your website and buy something.

So bottom line they read they get excited and they buy something

Now buy something because they’re excited.
(If you don’t believe me then try putting a boring feature that will put
everyone to sleep and send an email to your users, and see how many sales that
gets)

Back to the main point:

But does that necessarily mean the excitement has to come through a new feature?

Is that the only way? Stop and think for a second.

No there are lots of ways to create excitement.

Before we get to that…I want you to stir in this amazing possiblity for a
second.
JUST imagine if you didn’t have to create features (you never wanted to code) to
get sales.
Imagine if somehow you could just create excitement out of thin air.

How crazy would that be?

You would no longer need to create any features just for the sake of making new
features.

Can you imagine how much time you would save? How much more MRR you can generate
at will? How many sales you will get?

You could up your email frequency send more updates and get more sales every
single day.

You would have unlimited power to creates sales at will.

That’s the power we bring to the table.

If you wondering about the exact details of how this is done, I want to put a
link below that will show you lots of different examples of how we create
excitement and buying desire without promoting any features.

I want you to FEEL IT for yourself.

Read the post below…

ARE 48% OF SAAS COMPANIES
TOTALLY INSANE?

SELECT PROFANITY FILTER:

ON OFF

(Profanity Filter: ON)

Dear Reader,

You might want to take a seat for this one.

It’s based on some pretty dull data that we’ve collected from thousands of SaaS
companies. And I’m betting it won’t be the most “exciting” news you receive
today.
But buckle up anyway… here we go:

Did you know that 48% (nearly half!!!) of all SaaS companies never send an email
to their new customers after they sign up for a trial?

Like, ever.

And get this…

Only 55% of SaaS companies send at least ONE email per month to their paying
customers.

It’s even worse if you’re selling with free trials:

Just 39% of all SaaS companies email their free trial users at least once per
month.

WTF?
(Excuse my swearing. But seriously… WTF!?)

So let me say this again, using slightly different words:

Almost half of all SaaS co’s don’t email their customers and prospects enough…

Most people are leaving money — shit loads of money! — on the table every day
because they don’t communicate with their users enough.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again (this time in a more boring way):

If you’re selling recurring stuff — like any type of SaaS or a membership site —
then at minimum, you should be emailing your entire customer base at least once
a week.

For those who sell physical products or one-off digital products, then sure… you
can get away with emailing every couple weeks instead.

But still…

No excuses!

And now for the juicy bit: The WHY!

Here is why MOST people running SaaS co’s (or any business for that matter:
membership sites, e-commerce stores) just don’t friggin’ EMAIL their users
enough.

Boring Reason #1: People forget shit easily (out of sight, out of mind)

If you’re not reminding your customers about how f***ing awesome your product is
on a regular basis… guess what happens?

That’s right…

They’ll forget!

THEN they’ll cancel or ask for a refund claiming they “never used it” (even
though they were excited to sign up in the first place because they NEEDED
whatever it was that you sold).

Let’s move on before I get even more worked up

Boring Reason #2: It keeps your brand floating around in their minds
(even if they don’t open your emails)
This might be one of my favorite reasons. Because it just works so damn well
when you do this.

So two magical things happen by simply showing up in someone’s inbox regularly:

a) Your brand stays top of tmind so when they think about similar products or
services in the future — BOOM! — YOU’RE THE FIRST PERSON THEY THINK ABOUT AND
RECOMMEND!

b) You build a relationship with these folks, even if most never bother
replying. This makes them more likely to stick around for months and years
instead of weeks or days.

Moving along…

Boring Reason #3: Problems can be solved BEFORE they become big headaches

When you’re NOT communicating on a regular basis with your customers, here is
what you should expect:

–  S H * T S T O R M  –

You won’t have any idea about problems people are facing (and trust me, every
customer has some). And by the time you find out about these problems through
churn data or some other means… typically it’s too late to save the day.

(And now we’ve entered into reason 4. They kind of go hand-in-hand.)

No email = no problem detection

Which guarantees that every problem will be a  bomb when you find out about it.
And now, instead of being able to prevent the bomb from exploding in the first
place, all you can do is “damage control” (sounds fun ).

HOW A CRAZY ROAD TRIP, THE EIFFEL TOWER, AND NOT PAYING THE PARK ENTRANCE FEE AT
THE GRAND CANYON REVEALS ONE OF THE EASIEST FORTUNE-BUILDING STRATEGIES MOST
CEOS OVERLOOK COMPLETELY!

(Profanity Filter:OFF)

It was the summer of 2009 and I was in the middle of an epic road trip.

My girlfriend (now wife) and I were driving from Miami to San Francisco,
zigzagging our way across the southern states of the US.

It was a trip of a lifetime and one that I’ll never forget. One place we stopped
at was the beautiful Grand Canyon in Arizona.

Now, let’s set some context here… I was excited! Like really excited! After
driving for hours across nothing but desert (and no joke like 117 degrees), we
finally reached one of the entrances of the park. Now, as most national parks
go, there is usually an entrance fee.

So as we pulled up to pay for our ticket into this majestic wonderland… the
power went out!!! You heard that right — no power = no computers = no card
machines… so they couldn’t take any money from us if they wanted to!

So what happened next? Well… The cool park ranger dude just let us in for free!
#Winning With huge smiles on our faces, we parked up and started walking towards
the rim of this incredible natural phenomenon that is the Grand Canyon.

And wow! When you see it with your own eyes for real… it’s breathtakingly
mind-blowing how immense it truly is!

Over a mile deep and around 18 miles wide (you can Google exact dimensions).

But here’s where things get interesting… From up there looking down onto God’s
creation below is stunningly amazing. A sight I had never seen before in my life
up until that point in time (and probably will never see anything like it
again). The sheer scale and size were awe-inspiring! Just thinking about it now
still gives me goosebumps.

But you know what else is mind-blowing? You can’t see the whole thing from just
one spot! Nope, not a chance in hell. To truly understand its magnitude and
scale… you have to walk around and look at it from different viewpoints. And
that’s exactly what we did — we walked for hours taking in all this incredible
beauty along the way. The colors of the rock change as your perspective changes
when walking around (I’m sure there is some metaphorical meaning behind it).

But here comes the super cool part… After our little adventure, as we made our
way back to where we had parked up at the very top of the canyon, something hit
me like a bolt of lightning!

That spot where we had stood when the park ranger gave us our free ticket was
THE EXACT SAME SPOT OVERLOOKING THE GRAND CANYON!!! Can you believe that? We had
been standing right there without even realizing what sat just feet away from
us. Mind exploded

I guess you’re wondering why I’m telling you this story? Well, because it’s
true. Not only does life throw opportunities at us every single day (that often
go unnoticed), but if you don’t make an effort or put yourself out there a bit…
you’ll never find them.

And let me tell ya: One of the biggest opportunities most CEOs overlook is email
marketing; send emails to their users regularly!! It’s like having that Grand
Canyon view right at the top but failing to recognize its potential staring back
at ya in plain sight! Silly really, huh?

Well, if this sounds like you (CEO), then you know what… you won’t be able to
see it with your own eyes unless you read my email tomorrow.

Catch ya manana,
Nishant

P.S. Speaking of overlooked opportunities, did you know that the Eiffel Tower
was initially considered a monstrosity by many Parisians? Yes, it’s true! It was
intended to be a temporary installation for the 1889 World Fair but ended up
becoming one of the most iconic structures in the world. Now imagine if Gustave
Eiffel had listened to his critics and not pursued his vision… The world would
have missed out on a masterpiece. So, what’s your ‘Eiffel Tower’ that others are
overlooking?

P.P.S. My wife just reminded me of something funny that happened on our trip
when we were in New Orleans. But I’ll save that story for another day… Stay
tuned!
